persian is using data to make money
rest assured i’m not Persian, but i see your point; their download sites are legendary. i have seen one selling access to dictionaries which are freely shared elsewhere, which is just not right.
what attracted me here is the friendly atmosphere and the willingness to share books and information freely and openly without obstacles.

我还在越南的下载站下载软件，也靠Chrome翻译。
这个站点其实就在外国。站里的外国人多得是。

@shaoshi has answered you well, many thanks to him. you could also check out vivaldi browser: Download Vivaldi | Vivaldi Browser and yandex browser: https://browser.yandex.com/. they too have an option to translate sites to the language of your choice.
