赵振元《英语常见问题解答大辞典》中all的语法疑问，求解惑～

第3题：B选项对，我明白。看作是定语从句；
但请问A、C为何不对？

我的看法是：
1.选A的话，All 是主语 ，what is needed是同位语从句；
2.选C的话，All the thing 做主语，needed 过去分词作后置定语，相当于 all the thing that is needed的省略。
以上不管从语法维度：时态还是三单、主谓一致都符合吧？还是从语意维度也都合理吧？
