Worthy用法的疑问

Longman Dictionary of Common Errors这本书中361页讲到worthy用法时表明The cathedral is certainly worthy to be visited.是错误句子，但AHD双解中有worthy to be revered的表达，外研社英语搭配大辞典中有produce a work of fiction worthy to be published 的表达，询问chatgpt回答是 The sentence “The cathedral is certainly worthy to be visited.” is correct, but a more common way to phrase it would be “The cathedral is certainly worth visiting.” Both versions are grammatically acceptable. 所以The cathedral is certainly worthy to be visited是否是正确的句子呢？

也就是说The cathedral is certainly worthy to be visited.这句话语法上是对的，但是不常用，Longman Dictionary of Common Errors把这个不常用的表达归类为x，让读者不要这么用？

朗文刚说完「日常英语中一般不使用 can’t bear something 而使用 can’t stand」，下一行立马迫不及待地单列一条「can’t bear something」的口语表达义项，同义词 「can’t stand」

突出就是一个翻脸比翻书快，换行就行

这个倒是没有问题，因为词条是bear，所以bear的用法要列举出来，register语体相当于是补充说明，和单词本身的用法没有冲突，查stand词典也列出了同义表达can’t bear。Longman Dictionary of Common Errors书里是直接用的x，但是x掉的句子用法在其他地方查又是正确的，和我自己认为的x表示错误的想法不同才产生了疑问。
