If you have time for and interest in Turkish, there is another great dictionary named “Nişanyan Sözlük” which broadly covers the Turkish etymology.
I don’t know how difficult it would be to scrape its data, but it seems to be possible. The first entry is this, and the last one is this.
When clicked on an entry, a list of several next and previous entries also appear, which makes it feasible to obtain the whole list of words.
Actually, I don’t know how to crawl. This dictionary was converted from Apple Dictionary.
