Thanks for this dictionary! What software do you use? Entries look a bit weird in GD:
As you can see, there’s no much space between the different sections, everything looks compacted.
As you said, the dict data isn’t yours, but did you notice there is no english translation section? Are you thinking to include it in this improved version ?

I am also using goldendict. Perhaps this is due to lineheight not being set in html? Trying adding this to the body section of the css file:
line-height: 1.5em;
I am aware of the lack of English translations, I do not know why that original crawled the site didn’t include them.

I’ve installed some japanese fonts, so idk, you can’t change GD font anyways right?. Any rec?

The text above and under renders correctly so you seem to have proper fonts installed already. Are you using the xiaoyifang fork of GD?

No, not at all. It didn’t work in my machine. I’m using the latest alpha version by the original team on github
