要看你自己使用的环境和上下文。WinRAR是把分卷压缩分解成两个选项，压缩方法和分卷大小，所以并没有解决楼主分卷压缩的翻译问题

竟然这么巧，有 sxingbai今早提供了近现代汉语词源下中有压缩词条，不出所料，语出日本
1908的英华大辞典，提供了压缩出现的时点应该是1907及之前、但在1884之后这样的信息，刚刚的查询证实确实如此

WinRAR可以分卷压缩，也可以分卷不压缩，所以WinRAR这两个功能描述是分开的，可以任意组合。所以如果单独表达“分卷压缩”的话，还是要明示压缩的含义，压缩不是多余的
