@Existentialismus I would like to make a PDF version of a medical dictionary in German but I do not find clear instructions about how to make those kind of .mdx files.

Could you please share links to some posts about how to make PDF version of books in .mdx ?

Yeah, here are some links for the basic points of making a .mdx out of PDF files, including the processing of the PDF pages and generating .mdx files. But they are in Chinese, and I think you can use the google translator plugin of the browser to translate them.

有局限，仅限于前一页尾与后一页首跨页时的情形，反之则不然。
举例，比方查tun，显示1821页，第一个就是tun的释义，但不能显示1820页。
这时有个翻页功能就方便多了。
