My advice is, reply to the original post, ask if anyone can upload the files to Freemdict Cloud. (Freemdict云盘)
If you create a separate post, many will not even know which dictionary you are talking about.
There may not be anyone who is willing to uplad large files.
In that case, use “webster” as keyword to search in this site’s search engine:
