I also found a lot broken html where <span class="head"> ends with </head> instead of </span> (e.g. <span class="head">2つの互いに混ざりにくい液体の境界面の</head>)
Another note, the dictionary description says:

But this dictionary isn’t ランダムハウス英語辞典, it’s ランダムハウス英和大辞典.

Good, you did a good job. You know this mdx is converted from the Epwing version, it does resemble what the Epwing version looks like. And, for an Epwing dictionary, it normally offers two-way lookup: from the main language to the other and vice versa. When converting, I also added the Jap-Eng items into the mdx, so now we have both ways to use the dictionary, as you have noticed.
Could you find an EPWING package of the Concise English Japanese Dictionary by Sanseido? I have been expecting to get one for a long time.
Unfortunately I do not have this dictionary.
There is also this version of ランダムハウス英和大辞典第二版 converted from the monokakido dictionary by @amob.
