The latest updates of DictTango crash immediately upon opening the app on my Samsung A13. Previous versions worked fine (up to 2.3.2.0 I think) but the recent versions crash, and my phone reports that the app has a bug and I should check the issue with the developer.
After updating the dictionary I wasn’t able to use it anymore and I had to uninstall the app and reinstall it all over again, which was pretty much a bother since I have a large number of dictionaries on my phone and I had to go through the customization to make it work as before.
I hope you address this issue in the future, in the meantime I’ll stay away from updating the working version I have on my phone.

If the app crashes as soon as you open it, it’s really hard to tell what’s going wrong. There aren’t any logs created at that point unless your phone is rooted and you can dig into the system logs.
You can try fully uninstalling the app, then do a clean install of the latest version. After that, add the dictionary back and see if the issue still comes up.
Thank you for the help! I’ve done a fresh installation of the app but it still crashes, in a couple seconds after the dictionary screen is brought up. The issue hasn’t been reported by other users so it is obviously related to something in my phone settings. I have a lot of dictionaries and I can’t do the customizations over again in case of another failure, so I’ll stick with the working version and I might give it another try with some of the future versions of the app.
I hoped the latest version would work but still no luck. I get the same message as before, even after completely cleaning up the app data from the previous installation from the phone. Here’s a screenshot
