若已下載原文件，僅需替換mdd和css文件即可，mdx未修改。

Could you share your modified larousse_ef.css?
padding-inline-start is an experimental technology from CSS3, because this technology’s specification has not stabilized, it’s not compatibility with old version GoldenDict, so it’s not working on my device and I didn’t encounte this problem. I rollback it to the original value now.
