There is a CD-ROM about Arabic version of OXFORD WORD POWER DICTIONARY.

You can make this dict following Cambridge Grammar of English 光盘制作成词典
Thank you so much for finding the raw CD-ROM data! Unfortunately, I don’t have the programming skills to extract it and compile it into an MDX file following that tutorial. Since the raw data is now available, could any of the experts here kindly help compile it into an MDX file? It would be a great addition to the forum’s library and a huge help for my students.
