    Used attributively to designate a trialkyl aluminium-titanium tetrachloride catalyst discovered by Ziegler for the synthesis of stereoregular isotactic polymers of high density and crystallinity from an ethylene or propylene monomer; also, loosely, = Ziegler-Natta n.
