# 《21世纪英汉词典》（2022-02-22日更新）

还有一个方案是不做这个统一的数据库，而是清洗干净若干种主要词典的释义数据库，查词时在这些数据库当中使用fallback机制。第一轮，首先使用《英语专业四八级词汇表》或《牛津中阶英汉双解词典》查询，查询不到，则启用《21世纪英汉词典》查词，如果还是查不到，则fallback到《牛津高阶英汉双解词典》或者COD。这两个词典查询不到结果，则求助于新牛津（ODE）或者《英汉大词典》，如果还是查不到，我们可以使用skywind著名的 ECDICT。之所以搞得这么复杂，是因为收词量小的词典一般来说释义更简洁精炼，适合快速参考。
