I checked the official site. Oxford English-Chinese Dictionaries app by OUP Hong Kong has already included all these words except mandi, with Chinese translation for definitions and examples. As for mandi, I wonder what its definition will be in OALD11, as it can refer to either a traditional Arabic dish or an Indian market. ---

I agree that the indian meaning has a better chance, as India is an English speaking country and their local words may be more influencial among the dictionary editors. Furthermore, it’s highly possible that most OALD11 copies will be printed in India, the same as the latest editions of Collins COBUILD and Merriam Webster’s Collegiate. ---

是的，香港牛津的中文版已经包含了绝大部分的新词和新释义，可以说这次中文版抢先了一步，早在10th就用上了11th的内容 ---

Mandi has two possible definition as signs mentioned above. The online version has not recorded it yet. It has become same as movies/torrents. Release digital copies after paperback / hardcover get the target revenue. So, yes they may release it online, but after doing some business ---
