For a few pennies, you can get day / month pass on baidu and get you full speed.
Since you didn’t specify where, don’t come bark at me when this is not where you would have preferred.

I cant use baidu cuz I am outside of china and I dont have a phone registered to china; and freemdict archieve is not only slow but rid of connection losses. thats why I asked for a different platform. and thank you.
Might be worth a try to gain access. caveat emptor though.
FM Cloud is flaky as hell for me too.
You do not strictly need a Chinese phone number to sign up for Baidu Cloud, but it can be difficult to use an international number. The default pages often hide international options.
Here are the best workarounds to register without a Chinese phone number:
Method 1: The Baidu Cloud AI Workaround (Most Reliable)
Method 2: The Overseas Registration Link
Go to 注册百度账号 in your browser. This is a specific page Baidu uses for overseas users that allows you to select your country code from a drop-down list. Fill in your information and request the SMS code.
Method 3: Use the Mobile App
Sometimes the desktop website fails to send text messages to foreign numbers, but the mobile app succeeds. Download the “Baidu Netdisk” app from your phone’s app store. On the login screen, change the country code to your country and enter your phone number to receive the text.
Important Tips:
