这个mdx的页码用的是光盘版和日本人弄的页码，凡是对不上的，就用程式大略估算。我改了好些页码。

楼主说的是这个版本：

这个版本远早于feiwu版。feiwu从这个版搬了一些资料过去他的复刻。
