This Japanese Audio Dictionary is a real gem to me.
the function that retrieves audio/media is called “explode” in the source code, it was crafted by stephenmk if i remember correctly.
so there might be some issues and it’s not retrieving all the data (maybe it’s skipping blocks?)
From what I know, the entries in the version are far less than the old one (available on this site), and there is no quick way to fix it, but it is hopeful if combining with the old one’s entries though time consuming.
The pronunciation is better than the old one, but still no better than Daijisen, Daijisen is more natural, NHK is too stiff and has no obvious fading sound and would cause a lot of trouble for non-native speaker.

It can’t input Japanese katakana, and Japanese kanji can’t be fully searched either. For example, there are no search results for the character “粥” . Please adjust this. Thank you.无法输入日语假名，日语的汉字也无法完全搜索，比如“粥”这个字就没有搜索结果。求调整，谢谢。
