我查了有的发音是对的 有的不对

继续往上查，发现 有的词头 EXCEL 和 软件里面的音频数据（起始 偏移等）不一致。EXCEL 里面有一些数据就是错的。。

我发现有好多不太对的地方，ID 也有不一样的。我来做吧。
