While there is the Polish-English mdx file with nice formatting here New Kosciuszko Polish-English Dictionary the English-Polish counterpart isn’t consistent with this file in terms of formatting and perhaps version (there are the 2003 and 2009 versions of the dictionary).
I was hoping somebody knowledgeable could come up with a script/program to convert the db
