既然内容都在，只是放在了错误的词头下，那就需要重建索引了。

提取每个条目的headword。合并有相同词形的条目，合并有相同条目的页面（这一步不会百分百准确，会引入不同词形的词），所以在合并时输出到一个词表中，做重点检查。合并后再按id排序，顺便把id不连续的页面也揪出来。

最后把这份词表导入到GD的历史记录中，刷一遍这些词，把有问题的地方改掉（需要确认的页面大概有一千个左右，实际需要改的地方不多）
