从一词的汉英翻译看汉英词典

在查“知人善任”时，对照看了一下词典给出的结果，其中《21世纪大英汉词典》全索引版、《新世纪汉英大词典》、《汉英大词典》、《汉英词典》查得，有的解释，有的还有例句；《新时代汉英大词典》未查得。
例句摘抄如下：
《21世纪大英汉词典》
知人善任的领导才是好领导。
A good leader is one who can delegate.

《新世纪汉英大词典》
做老板的要知人善任。
A boss must know his subordinates well and make good use of them.

但我是比较喜欢这句电影台词里的表达：
The key to my success has been in identifying talented individuals and harnessing their efforts.
我成功的秘诀在于我知人善任。
