安娜馆的抗投诉服务器，还不是一般的抗投诉，必须严格抗才行，那些荷兰、捷克等地区的抗投诉服务器都抗不了，甚至大陆也不能容忍，目前也就乌克兰和俄罗斯能抗得住。。 ---

域名不好说，FBI 随时可能没收，要看他们司法体系的运行效率，国内用的人多了也可能会被屏蔽，也需要时间。安娜的服务器倒是不用担心，现在没有版权律师敢去乌克兰打官司，即使域名出问题了，也随时可以恢复。 ---

这几天用annas-archive.li的感受： 前提条件：上海，移动宽带，Win7U，不讲科学，没有魔法，没钱赞助。 1. 网页打开速度很快，搜索速度也很快。低速服务器1不可用，低速服务器2和3可用，服务器2下载速度略快些。 2. 清晨下载速度最快，服务器2速度可达200多KB/s，服务器3速度也有50多KB/s，适合100MB以上大小的文件，成功率高。过了9点钟，速度下降至20-40KB/s，下载100MB以下小文件也可以成功，过了中午一直到晚上，速度更慢，连验证真人都要等很久，大概率下载中途停止要重新来，服务器2和3的速度差不多（10-20KB/s），服务器3更稳定些，而且没有等待时间，如果需要下载小文件，可以试试服务器3，下载大文件还是放弃，到第二天清晨再试。 3. 用IDM下载报错重来的概率更高，而且不支持续传，速度也没有明显提高，放弃。还是用回吸血雷，成功率反而高点。 4. chrome浏览器内置下载基本不成功，也许5MB以下的小文件可以试试，大文件就不要想了。 5. 超过500MB的大文件下载，如果不赞助，那就清晨下载碰碰运气，也许能行。 ---

2 小时内是可以断点续传的，我没尝试过 \> 2 小时的下载时长，即使有也不记得了，因为 1 GB 文件在广东联通直连半小时就能下载完成，用的 **低速服务器选项 #2** ，需要超时下载的次数很少。 对于 \> 12 小时的下载，肯定不支持断点续传，因为需要重新认证。 ---

我用IDM下载，报错后继续下载，如果能下载，全部是重新下载，而且传输信息上也显示无续传，与出错时间间隔无关。用吸血雷下载是支持续传的，但能不能继续下载也看运气，长时间没速度就果断删除，重新来过。 ---

其实我觉得IDM挺反人类的，我用安娜馆的超慢但不等待服务器（大概是你们说的3号服务器），用的FDM下载，天津联通，100多MB的文件，不到180MB，下了好几个都没有失败的。 ---
