词典里只会省略动词等用言的「語幹」（这里的「就（つ）」），后面实际会变形的「活用語尾」（く（カ行五段活用終止形の語尾））是不会被省略的。所以你看見出し是一定可以复原出来例句的，我不知道你为什么会有这样的需求。
