# 请问：兰登书屋韦氏大学英语词典有双解版的吗？

发帖前特意先在坛里搜索了一下，有关于兰登书屋大学词典的帖子，但我想知道的是《兰登书屋韦氏大学英语词典》有双解版的吗？  
众所周知，贝塔斯曼收购蓝登书屋后没两年就解散了词典部，蓝登书屋大学词典RHCD也卖给了Kernerman，现在the Free Dictionary也能看到，我对比过跟RHCD还是有很大不同。商务社1997年引进编译出版过，目前也有此版的图片mdx词典，但我不明白的是，为什么不是双解版？出版时为什么没保留英文释义？是为了节省纸张吗？  
结合自己的使用体验，觉得比外研社出版的《韦氏高阶美语英汉双解词典》要好一些，虽然都是蓝登书屋的词典，但是蓝登大学词典体量更大，释义也更精准！

2016年商务社又与Kernerman合出了《兰登书屋韦氏大学英语词典》

没见过原书，问一句，这回是双解版的吗？
