that’s because, I’m lazy, foolish and trying to make them two or maybe three different stuff as one thing in my brains!

actually, the O- is the only obvious sign I can lenovo to NUMBERS 8 or maybe 10! It’s my thoughts of English, with chaos and error, not the objective English possess these logic.

各大词典都有差异，所幸oeasy大整理了所有网址。
大致来讲学习者词典和英国母语词典都跟DJ八九不离十，美国母语词典音标都有重拼法的色彩。

KK之流我去详细了解了一番，只有早期大陆英汉词典会主动附加KK和台湾（世界唯一）只用KK。

主要区别是看音标里那个o的短竖在左还是在右来辨别

直接搜单词，有词源的词典就会相应给出词根、词缀，比如ODE Living。所以装几本带词源的词典还是很有必要的。
当然，如果认识orthography，就可以直接去查-ceras。
“八” octo-是打“奥古斯都”那来的。

DJ或KK都是国际音标的一种，MW的音标学会了之后应该是最接近phonics。
