# 朋友们避个雷，不要买海迪旗下的几乎所有词典app，都存在闪退问题，包括最近推出的涵芬

最近购买了涵芬app和成语大词典app，一直都闪退，无法使用，而且购买后无法退款，这里提醒一下本坛的家人们千万别买，试图联系过客服，但是客服并不回复，甚至打电话都直接被挂断，可见这项服务是根本没有售后的，谨慎谨慎，雷我已经先趟过了，我还特意翻看了评论，几乎海迪旗下所有的词典APP不管是英语还是汉语都存在闪退问题，并且这些问题存在已久，一直都未解决过。和欧陆词典的服务和售后对比起来简直不要太明显

海迪不是有坛友反应极为傲慢么，反馈的词典问题拖很久都不解决。

词典还是物书堂最良心。  
欧路本身并不做词典

的确，这次通过与客服的“沟通”深深感知了他们的傲慢，算是花钱买教训了吧
