我知道原因了，可能是鼠标光标位置放置在可滚动区域才可以滚动。
之前鼠标光标可能位于了不可滚动区域，所以滚动不了
电脑远程操作中，软件主要参考的cursor position，而不是手触摸的touch position
别人电脑上运行报这个错，不知道什么情况

缺少 Microsoft Visual C++ 运行时，感觉不太应该，这个是自带的。可以尝试自行安装下：Latest supported Visual C++ Redistributable downloads | Microsoft Learn
idea: minimalist UI option
while it’s good to have a UI with lots of options, after everything is set up and done by the user, it can be manually hidden as in here:
of course the scrollbar still there, and i dont know if it can be hidden too, but would be cool.
also something that i find annoying is that you need to manually hide those things every time goldendict-ng starts, it doesn’t save the state of the UI… would be good to have a dotfile where the UI state is preserved.
