# 推荐一个看视频学外语的小工具

用网页版，应该比较耗费资源。建议你编写一个pc端软件。

网页不一定耗费资源的，现在很多桌面应用也是基于浏览器的。你可以看一下资源管理器，不会占用很多资源的。

好像不支持mkv格式的视频，只支持mp4？

不会的，这个其实是个本地应用，没有服务器的（除了提供html之类静态资源的服务器）。导入的文件之类的也不会被上传的。  
加载过后，即使断网的情况下也是可以继续使用的。

网页应用最大的问题就是浏览器对视频格式的支持。目前确实会有很多时候不能直接播放，需要先用别的软件转码。  
视频知识：mkv/mp4是 **容器** ，容器里有视频和音频，它们分别有自己的 **编码** 。如果你导入的文件不支持，大概率是编码不支持，至少chrome是支持mkv的。

现在很多4K 杜比，另外可能还有双字幕需求，在线API实时翻译等等，多麻烦如果都在网页上支持，人生苦短下载个播放器得了嘛哈哈
