啊不好意思，是我没排除完其他词典干扰QAQ，我清理index后单独分组使用后可以了。我是QT6的，可能GD不同词典会彼此干扰？

There is a small issue with links in the topics.
For example, in “topic_health-problems_level_c2” the link at “amyotrophic lateral sclerosis” leads only to “amyotrophic” (which even isn’t a headword).
Generally, there are problems with multi-words links.

软件兼容问题我不会，我用的mac版的gd最新预览版是没问题的，你可以卸载干净换个其他版本试试，有5.x和6.x版本。
